Welcome to Bengatage Bengals

Alongside Ragatage Ragdolls, husband and wife team Andrew & Lara Armitage decided to branch out into Bengal cat breeding after falling in love with a brown marbled kitten they purchased in December of 2005.

Based in the Scottish Borders, Bengatage Bengals is situated about 45 minutes from Edinburgh and an hour and a half from Newcastle.

Pictures of their seven gorgeous girls and two beautiful boys, along with details about each one's history and personality, appear on the "Queens" and "Studs" pages.

Andrew is a qualified veterinary surgeon and full partner at Greenside Veterinary Practice in St Boswells in the Scottish Borders. He lives with his wife, Lara, and their children, Lucius & Sylvie.
